The design and quality of our surgical garments meet the requirements of postoperative support therapy. Their diversity also meets the needs of different plastic, aesthetic and restorative surgery, following pregnancy or simply for remodeling the silhouette. In particular, we work with two manufacturers, Macom and Lipoelastic, who mainly use the following materials:

Macom - 9.6% Lycra (elastane) and 90.4% polyamide

Lipoelastic - The Coolmax, which participates in the elimination of moisture from the body, also latex-free
Macom products are also guaranteed latex-free. Macom is particularly specialized in post-natal care and aesthetics.

The structure of the fabric of our Lipoelastic medical garments is flexible and elastic, both in width and in height. This allows for balanced extension and equal pressure on the treated areas, ensuring comfort and effectiveness. All our Lipoelastic compression garments are certified by different standards. They are guarantees of quality and compliance with the standards in force.
ISO 9001:2001 standard

This international standard relates to quality assurance. It is proof of the effectiveness of the management and production system. This is the qualitative standard of the trust given to our customers. This standard is verified annually by the competent authorities.
The OKO-TEX label
​
It is the first label to guarantee the human-ecological qualities of textiles, free of toxic products for the body and the environment. This certificate therefore guarantees the absence of harmful substances in our garments, which are examined annually by the Hohenstein test institute in Germany. This certificate is the assurance of the quality and non-toxicity of our products.

The post-operative garments we sell meet the requirements of Medical Directive 93/42/EEC as well as Government Regulation EC No. 336/2004.
